Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Co., Ltd. is one of the 156 key projects built during the First Five-Year Plan period. It mainly produces six series of products, such as metal cutting tools, mining and oilfield drilling tools, hard materials, tungsten and molybdenum products, tantalum and niobium products and rare metal powder products. Cemented carbide, known as the "tooth of industry", is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, geology, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, electronics, textile, national defense and military industry, and is a basic industry related to the quality and level of national economic development. As the largest cemented carbide production, scientific research, management and export base in China, it has been recognized as one of the "Top Ten Landmark Projects" enterprises in Hunan Province.
