The mining area is located in the south of Liaoyang County, Liaoning Province, about 45km away from Chengshoushan Town of Liaoyang County and about 0.5km away from Jidongyu Township in Liaoyang County. The administrative division belongs to Jidongyu Village, Jidongyu Township, Liaoyang County. The mining area is connected with Jidongyu Township through rural dirt roads, and is connected with provincial roads and county roads respectively, so the traffic is very convenient.
From April 6 to 20, 2009/kloc-0 to February 30, 2009, Anshan Xinlei Geological Exploration Mining Co., Ltd. carried out exploration work. The exploration mineral is magnesite, the workload is reserves verification, and the exploration fund is 65,438+700,000 yuan.
(2) Description of results
The magnesite of Liaoyang Hongsheng Magnesium Products Co., Ltd. is a newly discovered large magnesite. Magnesite occurs in dolomite marble and magnesite marble of the third member of Dashiqiao Formation of Liaohe Group in early Proterozoic, and the ore bodies are layered, layered and lenticular. A total of 24 magnesite bodies were found in the mining area, numbered as MG 1 ~ MG24, including Mg 13, Mg 15, Mg 16, Mg 17 and mg/kloc-7. The ore body is nearly east-west, roughly parallel to the output, inclined to the southeast, with an inclination of 35 ~ 75. The length of the ore body is about 320 ~ 3000m, the average thickness is about 5 ~ 80m, the maximum thickness is148.63m, and the thickness changes stably. The surrounding rocks of ore bodies are mainly dolomite marble and magnesite marble. Magnesite marble with a thickness of 3 ~ 10 m is common in ore bodies, and thin dolomite marble is occasionally seen.
This reserve verification shows that the resources of (332+333) grade magnesite in the integrated mining area are 269,073,700 tons, (332) grade magnesite resources are 391403,654,380 tons, and (333) grade magnesite resources are 229,934,600 tons. Among them, the high-quality magnesite (T+ 1+2 grade) * * is 5555 1.89 kiloton, accounting for 20.65% of the total resources. The third-class product is 20 1737.94 thousand tons, accounting for 74.97% of the total resources. Four-grade products 1 1783.98 thousand tons, accounting for 4.38% of the total resources. This work has increased (332) the magnesite resources by 39 140.28 kilotons, and (333) the magnesite resources by 229,084.26 kilotons.

Entrusted by Liaoyang Hongsheng Magnesium Products Co., Ltd., Anshan Xin Lei Geological Exploration Mining Co., Ltd. verified the reserves of magnesite resources in the integration area. After exploration, a large magnesite was discovered.
