If a company establishes a branch after its establishment, the legal representative of the company shall apply to the company registration authority for registration of establishment, and after approval, a business license shall be issued to the branch. 2. After the company is established, it shall set up a branch and apply for registration with the company registration authority of the city or county where the branch is located. Where a company establishes a branch, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration within 30 days from the date of making the decision. If it is required by laws and administrative regulations to report to the relevant departments for examination and approval, it shall apply to the company registration authority for registration within 30 days from the date of approval. To establish a branch, the documents to be submitted to the company registration authority include: an application for branch registration signed by the legal representative of the company; A copy of the Articles of Association and the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person stamped by the company registration authority; Certificate of use of business premises; Other documents required by the company registration authority. The registered items of the branch include: name, business place, person in charge and business scope. The name of the branch company shall conform to the relevant provisions of the state. The business scope of the branch shall not exceed the business scope of the company. For projects that must be submitted for examination and approval according to laws and administrative regulations, the company's business qualification shall not be regarded as the business qualification of branches, and branches engaged in this business shall still be submitted for examination and approval by relevant state departments.
