The university town has an excellent geographical location, located at the junction of Guanjia Huanghai Hot Spring City and South Binhai New Area. On the north side, there is the China Zhuanghe Guanjia Huanghai Hot Spring Resort with an investment of12 billion, with high-grade villas, golf parks, five-star Guanjiashan Hot Spring Resort and a large scenic lake area. After the project is completed, it will become another pearl of Zhuanghe tourism. On the south side is the core area of Lingang Industrial Park in Dalian New Industrial Economic Zone, the industrial leader of Zhuanghe. The economic zone mainly develops high-end equipment manufacturing industry, offshore engineering industry and high-tech offshore wind power projects, including the 25 million-ton special port of Zhuanghe, Dalian Port. On the east side is Zhuanghe's leading coastal new city-Wan Jingang urban complex.
The university town has convenient transportation, and the urban road networks such as First Ring Road, Second Ring Road, Zhuangda Road, Qiancheng Street and Lida Line are criss-crossed. At present, bus lines 103 and 20 1 have been extended to the university town.
The university town covers a total area of 2594 mu, with a total construction area of1395,000 square meters. It consists of three parts: university campus, young teachers' apartment and foreign teachers' apartment. The teachers' apartment is located on the south side of General Lake, and is currently under planning and design.
Liaoning Institute of Technology, jointly invested by Jinzhou Jinhe Investment Management Co., Ltd., bohai university University of Arts and Science and Liaoning Medical College, has a total investment of 4.8 billion yuan and will be built in three phases.
