I come from Sichuan. I used to use Mai Sha chicken essence in my hometown. When I came out to work, I seldom saw it for sale here. Le Tai is more famous. Most can only use Le Tai, but I personally think Mai Sha chicken essence is more delicious! It used to be delicious to cook sauerkraut soup with some sprinkled chicken essence! There is too much music to cook that taste now! And many times there is little difference between cooking and not playing too much music!
