On February 8th this year, our shipbuilding project signed the first batch of ships and three 7550-ton ice-reinforced bulk carriers with Yang Kim Company, a well-known Norwegian listed company. This ship type has been favored by many shipowners since it came out, and many shipowners have made inquiries to build similar ships, especially with the recovery of Russian economic development, this ship type has more vitality. This type of ship sails in the ice area, so it is required to be higher than conventional bulk carriers, which is the first time in China. In the process of research and development, we introduced two other models, one is 1 15000-ton tanker and the other is 16000-ton Suez tanker. However, we haven't fully developed these two ship types, and attracted a large number of shipowners in the process of communicating with them. They all feel different from other existing shipyards in China. For example, our oil tankers have fully considered and met all the existing specifications, especially considering the future development. Because the new specifications will come into effect on April 1, and at present, only our first batch of ship types can meet this specification in China, so the famous shipowners in the United States and Europe are very interested in this type of ships recently, and many shipowners want to sign contracts with us recently, so we see the benefits of innovation. Especially for enterprises like ours, what was discussed at that time was "high foothold", and we put forward the long-term goal of "cultivating world-class employees and building world-class enterprises". In order to achieve this long-term goal, we have recently held various strategic discussions. First of all, we are in the middle of future positioning. We think innovation is very important, and we will enhance our competitive advantage through innovation. Second, as a large enterprise group, we set a long-term goal of achieving 50 billion yuan in future sales. It is impossible to achieve this goal without our own characteristic products. Therefore, our group will mainly invest in three major areas in the future. The first major area is shipbuilding. In the future, our long-term goal is to achieve annual sales of $2 billion. Suez MAX and aphra MAX are mainly used, and these ship types are160,000 tons and1100,000 tons respectively. In addition, we are actively preparing for the research and development of marine engineering recently. The future world ocean is very important, so we have strategically considered in advance how to achieve the goal of ocean engineering in 2009. Recently, some world-famous offshore oil companies have held talks with us in offshore engineering. In the process of building enterprises, although our construction cycle is short, we first put forward the goal of building factories and delivering ships within two and a half years, which has reached the speed of Japanese construction in that year and is a leading speed in China. In addition, our oil plant is also an important investment direction. The first phase, with a capacity of 6.5438+0.5 million tons, was completed and put into operation in August last year. After trial operation, it is in good condition. This year, the start of the second phase will be accelerated, with an oil refining capacity of 5 million tons and a storage capacity of 6,543.8+0,000 cubic meters. It is predicted that the total scale of China's oil plants will reach 1 10,000 tons around the 11th Five-Year Plan. The third direction is the direction of logistics, because our shipbuilding itself is equipped for logistics, so it has a great relationship with logistics, so our industrial group hopes to make a difference in these three fields. In enterprise construction, we pay attention to "people-oriented", especially the construction of enterprise culture. We emphasize the coordinated development of customers, employees and shareholders. Everyone knows that our value comes from customers, but our employees are the owners of the enterprise and the driving force to create value. Of course, shareholders are very important. If we don't have strong profitability, shareholders will have no interests, so we should create greater value for shareholders. Our enterprises in Rugao are inseparable from the support of all walks of life in Rugao, so we should also develop together with the community, give back to the society and create value for the society. We pay attention to procedure, standardization, standardization and quality in management. Especially in the process of starting a business, you can see that we are a new shipyard, which has not yet been built and is under construction. How to achieve the purpose of ship delivery? This gives us a newer concept. We used to wait until the factory was built before building a ship. Now we are doing it synchronously, and we have put forward four synchronous goals. It is the four synchronous developments of "building factories, shipbuilding, educating people and planning future benefits". In the production process, we have now carried out joint design with famous Korean design companies. Of course, intellectual property belongs to us, because we design under our overall planning, and we emphasize the idea of making good use of the brains of the world. Secondly, we consider using more advanced technical means in this design process, such as remote design. We carry out local design in Korea, and then carry out overall design in R&D center in Shanghai, including negotiation with shipowners in Shanghai, so that we can achieve our goal through our overall planning.
