On the same day, the electronic billing service was officially launched to the public. By email or following the official WeChat account of the water company, water users can inquire about water consumption, garbage fees, sewage treatment fees and other water information.
According to reports, in the past, people had to go to the customer service window of Xinhui Water Supply Company to inquire about the historical water fee information. Now, users can only check the water fee within one year through the official WeChat account of Xinhui Water Supply Company, and analyze the historical water consumption within a period of time.
In addition, Xinhui Water Supply Company will soon launch WeChat to pay water charges. At present, nearly 8,000 users have bound Xinhui Water WeChat.
Wu, deputy general manager of Xinhui Water Supply Company, said: "The theme of this year's China Water Week is to implement the concept of green development, fully implement the river length system, and promote electronic bills to all registered billing users, which not only supports the national environmental protection cause, but also improves the informatization level of water supply services, and also enables the majority of water users to master water supply and consumption information through multiple channels."
Twenty exhibition boards were also set up at the activity site, which introduced the key projects of the district committee and government, such as "Urban Water Supply Integration" and "Xinhui High-quality Water Supply Project", as well as the work of water supply companies in tap water production, engineering installation, water quality testing, customer service and safety protection.
It is understood that this year, the company plans to hold eight "Safe Water Supply Quality Services" into community activities to provide users with services such as water quality testing and maintenance of water supply facilities free of charge.
