Suggestion:
1. Investigate the marketing planning and promotion activities done in the early stage to see if there are any loopholes and the reasons for the failure of the activities.
2. Adjust the staffing, dismiss the original club sales director, and recruit new sales directors and member consultants.
3. Adjust the instructors for practice and invite some well-known instructors to bring some star courses to attract members.
4. Print experience coupons and distribute them to surrounding units/companies. Achieve the role of marketing!
