According to Article 13 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Share Repurchase by Listed Companies, listed companies can use the following funds to repurchase shares: (1) own funds; (2) Funds raised by issuing preferred shares and bonds; (3) The over-raised funds obtained from the issuance of common shares, the remaining funds of fundraising projects and the raised funds changed into permanent supplementary liquidity according to law; (4) Loans from financial institutions; (5) Other lawful funds.
