I. Documents and certificates to be submitted when applying for establishment registration
1, resident identity card (copy);
2, occupation certificate (retirement certificate, resignation certificate, laid-off workers card, certificate of unemployed people issued by the community management committee);
3. Proof of the use of the production and business premises (proof of the property right unit of public property, private property title certificate of private property (photocopy), lease agreement and lease title certificate of both parties to the lease (photocopy);
4. Individual partnership, issue a partnership agreement;
