With 50 thousand spare money at hand, how to invest and manage money

Readers often ask, what products should be invested in the near future? This question is too broad for me to answer. I can't judge how much money you have now. If you have 1 10,000 spare money now and I ask you to buy a money fund, then I can only be stupid alone.

A friend of mine, a veteran in the asset industry (the boss of a third-party wealth company, once the president of a branch of a commercial bank and the general manager of the branch business department) recently gave an all-round answer. His answer is:

First, look at how much money you have (except for daily expenses and urgent needs);

Second, see how much principal loss you can bear.

His suggestion is:

1. If your spare money is less than 50,000, go and buy a money fund, with a yield of more than 4%, which is convenient and safe, completely superior to bank demand;

2. If it is 50,000 to 65,438+10,000 yuan, you can go to the bank to buy short-term investment products within 1 year, with a yield of 5%-6%;

3. When the idle money reaches 6.5438+million to 6.5438+million, you can choose P2P for investment.

4. If the strength is above 6.5438+00,000, the conservative can buy a trust with an annualized income of 9- 1 1% (not necessarily, usually 3 million), and the radical can buy a limited partnership fund with an annualized income of1-65448 (remember the field) However, except for the money fund, all the above products have so-called principal and interest risks, so you must write "willing to take risks" in the contract before you can buy them.

Obviously, this answer is empirical and reliable. But you may think it's not enough. After all, the above answer is still a bit rough. Suppose your spare money is around 50 thousand, how to invest it? The following is my personal opinion.

For spare money within 50,000 yuan, you have three investment options: money fund, P2P and stock market.

For the money fund

There are all kinds of baby products on the market now. My approach is: At present, many banks have exclusive baby products for mobile banking, such as Chao of China Merchants Bank and salary pans of CITIC. If you are a customer of these banks, you can open mobile banking and buy these baby products.

Its advantage is that these products can be redeemed directly, and the funds will immediately become demand deposits, so that the money fund (baby products) you bought can be directly used as demand deposits!

For P2P

There are certain risks, but the return is unmatched by bank investment, generally around 6%~ 15%. The threshold is relatively low, and you can invest from tens of yuan to one hundred yuan. Moreover, the operation is convenient and fast, and it can be operated on both mobile phones and websites, and there is no need to make corresponding investment projects by yourself.

For the stock market

Different people have different opinions. What I can say is that as long as I don't buy delisted stocks and speculate for a short time, the risk can basically be within the foreseeable range.

Spare money of more than 50,000 yuan (less than one million yuan) can be invested in banking, insurance, P2P and stock market. The latter two are the same as above, and will not be repeated here.

If I had a choice, I wouldn't choose insurance. After all, insurance companies are not as good as banks in asset management and liquidity.

For bank products, many people may have buying experience and often snap up, and there is no choice at all. But in fact, this is not the case. At present, many banks have launched direct banking, and their investment products are sold online. Even if there is no bank card, as long as you open an account at a direct bank, the money can be transferred to the account.

For example, the products of Qianda shopkeeper of Industrial Bank, Minsheng Direct Bank and China Resources Bank Direct Bank are all higher than those of ordinary banks.

In addition, in the comparison of bank product income, small banks are often higher than big banks, such as Suzhou Bank, and the product income is good; Among the joint-stock banks, Xingye and Ping An are higher than China Merchants Bank; Of course, the lowest is the state-owned banks, who let them have more outlets and are not short of money.
