Step 1: During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, Henggang will build a medium-caliber rolling mill with an annual output of 500,000 tons and supporting steelmaking and ironmaking systems based on the existing units, focusing on product structure adjustment, forming a production scale of 2 million tons of steel, 2 million tons of seamless steel pipes and 20 billion yuan of sales revenue, and further upgrading the grades and markets of three fist products, namely oil and gas pipes, high-pressure boiler tubes and machining pipes. Build a steel pipe deep processing industrial park and build a steel pipe industrial cluster. The mode of establishing industrial parks and developing industrial clusters with enterprises as the main body is the first in Hunan Province. Construction began in 2007 and has begun to take shape. The main industries in the park include oil pipe processing, high-pressure gas cylinder pipe processing, hydraulic prop pipe processing, steel pipe elbow processing, steel pipe structural parts processing, logistics and transportation. And strive to achieve sales revenue of 4-5 billion yuan during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period.
The second step is to build an international operation platform, introduce overseas strategic investors, speed up the integration of production factors such as management, technology, market, resources and talents with advanced enterprises of international counterparts, and cultivate Henggang into a professional seamless steel pipe production enterprise with the most international competitiveness, so as to realize "Green Henggang" with beautiful environment, clean production and pure steel as the main content and "Digital Henggang" with management informationization, business networking and basic automation as the main features.
