2. Instruments are usually in the control room. If you are far away, use shielded wires to reduce interference.
3. The principle of thermal resistance temperature measurement is that the instrument energizes the thermal resistance, measures the voltage and current of the thermal resistance (if the power is supplied by a constant current source, only the voltage needs to be measured), calculates the resistance value of the thermal resistance through Ohm theorem, and then converts it into temperature. In order to keep the thermal resistor itself from heating, the current flowing is generally small and the anti-interference ability is weak. Therefore, the lead wire of the thermal resistor should be shortened as much as possible.
4. If the interference still affects the measurement. DM4032 temperature measuring module developed by Hunan Yinhe Electric Co., Ltd. is recommended. The measuring module adopts front-end digital technology, which is installed near the thermal resistance, and the measurement result (digital quantity) is transmitted to the control room through communication. Because of the strong anti-interference ability of digital quantity, it can effectively resist the field interference. If the field interference affects digital communication (such as high-power frequency converter running in the field, such problems occur from time to time), optical fiber communication can be used.
