In August 2022, the list of private enterprise headquarters in Shanghai was released. There are 199 1000 private enterprises in Shanghai (including individual industrial and commercial households 17 1000), accounting for 95.3% of the total number of enterprises in Shanghai. From 20 17 to 20 19, the number of private enterprises grew at an average annual rate of 18.8%, accounting for 97% of the total newly registered households in the city. Even affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the number of newly registered private enterprises in the city still reached 21.2000 from June 5438 to August 2022, an increase of 8% year-on-year.
Private enterprise, referred to as the name of private enterprise, company or enterprise category, has different views on the concept of private enterprise in economic circles. One view is that private enterprises are legal person economic entities with private investment, private operation, private enjoyment of investment income and private undertaking of business risks.
