The price of materials purchased by our company is much higher than the average market price, and the quality is generally poor. The raw and auxiliary materials are so poor, you can imagine how bad the products of this enterprise are. In the end, it is the enterprises and employees who are unlucky. The worst result is the closure of enterprises, the unemployment of employees and the death of enterprises. Not only that, the vice president also placed his so-called comrades-in-arms in important departments of the company as leaders. The vice president really stretched his power to the limit.
Let's talk about the chairman first and then the general manager. When the general manager arrived at the company, he also brought a few of his own people. He had never been in our industry before, and he was really a layman leading an expert. As a result, some key employees of the company were squeezed out. The overall production capacity of the company continued to decline.
In addition to these two aspects, the company's official standard thought is serious. As a production enterprise, it does not attach importance to production, but to the second and third line posts as an auxiliary department. The salary of supervisors in auxiliary functions is much higher than that of supervisors in front-line production lines. Employees in auxiliary functional departments are also cocky towards front-line employees. These situations have caused employees' dissatisfaction from time to time, and accumulated over time, resulting in high dissatisfaction among most employees.
