No. Beijing Gas and Hua Gang Gas are two independent companies, one is a Hong Kong-funded gas enterprise represented by Hua Gang Gas, and the other is a local gas enterprise represented by Beijing Gas. After years of development, China's urban gas industry has basically formed a three-legged situation of state-owned gas enterprises, foreign-funded (Hong Kong-funded) gas enterprises and private gas enterprises, and the market competition pattern has basically been established.
