A joint meeting refers to a meeting initiated by a certain group or organization and attended freely. The purpose is to strengthen contact and communication, learn from each other's experiences and explore new experiences and methods by holding joint meetings. For example, the "National Urban Management (Law Enforcement) Directors Joint Meeting" is not affiliated to any department, social organization or institution, but a meeting exchange mechanism initiated by the Urban Management (Law Enforcement) Directors voluntarily and freely. It was initiated by nearly 100 urban management (law enforcement) directors in China on September 2, 20071,aiming at strengthening the contact and communication between cities through holding joint meetings regularly. Directors of voluntary meetings do not need to pay fees. The annual meeting is held once a year in turn. You can also hold a special meeting around a certain work, or you can hold a joint meeting of urban management (law enforcement) directors by province, region and category. During the meeting, all affairs are handled by the meeting organizer; During the recess, Beijing Zhongcheng Guo Jian Consulting Co., Ltd. was entrusted to provide professional services for the conference members. The members of the conference are the collective members of the China City International Association (enjoy the treatment of free membership fee), so as to better learn the experience of urban management around the world.
