How does the parent company make use of the performance of its subsidiaries?

The parent company shall not use the performance of its subsidiaries.

1. Although the company and its subsidiaries are actually holding shares, they are actually two independent civil subjects in law, and they cannot bid by borrowing the qualification or performance certificate of one party. Even if they bid, they can't be recognized.

2. The parent company entrusts people in its subsidiaries to bid, but it must be the parent company in name, and all matters such as signing contracts can be carried out in the name of the parent company. The agent is bidding for the parent company, and the subsidiary is bidding for itself by virtue of its qualifications and performance.

3. A subsidiary cannot use the business qualification of the parent company. Branches shall not engage in activities in their own names.
