First of all: 337 is the "337 American Survey" of the United States. This is a clause prohibiting all unfair competition or any unfair trade in products exported to the United States.
337 Battery: It means that American Energizer sued the US International Trade Commission in April 2003, and nine enterprises in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, including Fu Nan, Shuanglu, Hutou, Changhong, Colliers, Leopard King, Zheng Long, Gionee and Sander, infringed the company's "709 mercury-free alkaline manganese battery patent", and battery enterprises and manufacturers in Japan, New Zealand and the United States were also involved in the case. The plaintiff asked ITC to introduce a "word that should be born."
PS: Now this five-year transnational lawsuit has ended in the victory of China's battery industry.
