Polyurethane Division is mainly responsible for the sales of MDI and TDI at home and abroad, the research and development, production and sales of modified MDI and its system materials, soft and hard foamed polyether and EOD. Products are mainly used in construction, household appliances, automobiles, home improvement, leather making and shoes making, sporting goods, coal mine safety, construction machinery, textile printing and dyeing, solar water heaters, plates, spraying, refrigerated containers, imitation wood, pipeline insulation, elastomers, adhesives, daily chemicals, medicine, agriculture and other fields.

Functional Chemicals Division is responsible for business planning, product development, production and marketing of functional fine chemicals, with production bases in Yantai, Ningbo and Czech Republic. There are aliphatic isocyanate series (HDI, HDI adduct, HMDI, IPDI, XDI, H6XDI), special amine series (MDA, MDBA, H 12MDA, IPDA, PU catalyst, etc. ), perfume series, special functional chemicals (IP, MIBK, CDT) and other product series.

Wanhua Chemical (Yantai) Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd., which is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of Wanhua Petrochemical Industrial Platform, and undertakes the procurement, production, sales and operation management of major raw materials for petrochemical products. Relying on the world-class PO/AE integrated device and large-scale ethylene device, the C2, C3 and C4 industrial chains are continuously expanded; With 654.38+100,000 tons/year ethylene and 750,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation units as the source, sufficient raw materials are provided for the downstream to realize industrial chain linkage and value chain coordination.
