Daily maintenance and matters needing attention of civil photovoltaic power station

Photovoltaic power station is a product with high quality, high value and high requirements. Proper maintenance can not only ensure the power generation capacity of the power station, but also ensure sufficient service life.

Daily maintenance can pay attention to the following items:

I. Maintenance of components and supports

1. Choose to clean photovoltaic solar panels in the morning or late afternoon to avoid electric shock injury to people;

2. Check whether the connecting wires and related components of photovoltaic solar panels are damaged or adhered. Before cleaning, it is necessary to detect the aluminum frame, bracket and tempered glass surface of photovoltaic solar panels with electric probes to eliminate potential leakage.

3. The aluminum frame and photovoltaic bracket of photovoltaic solar panels have many sharp corners. Wear corresponding work clothes and hats when cleaning to avoid scratches and injuries;

4. It is forbidden to trample on photovoltaic solar power generation systems such as photovoltaic solar panels, guide brackets and cable bridges. Or use other ways to balance the component panel and bracket;

5. It is strictly forbidden to clean photovoltaic solar panels under meteorological conditions such as strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorm or heavy snow. At the same time, it should be noted that the panels should not be cleaned with liquid with large temperature difference;

6. It is forbidden to spray cleaning water on junction boxes, cable bridges, confluence boxes and other equipment of photovoltaic solar panels;

7. All bolts, welds and bracket connections of the bracket shall be firm and reliable, and the surface anticorrosive coating shall not have cracks and fall off, otherwise it shall be brushed in time.

Second, the maintenance of solar inverter

1, inverter structure and electrical connection should be intact, there should be no rust, dust and other phenomena;

2. The cooling fans of modules, reactors and transformers in the frequency converter should be automatically started and stopped according to the temperature, and there should be no big vibration and abnormal noise during operation;

3. Disconnect the AC output side circuit breaker once on a regular basis, and the inverter shall immediately stop feeding the power grid;

Third, the maintenance of grid-connected distribution box

1 The distribution box shall be free from deformation, rust, water leakage and dust accumulation.

2. Each terminal in the distribution box should not be loose or rusty;

3. The insulation resistance between the anode and cathode of the output bus should be greater than 2 megohms;

4. The connection between DC interface of distribution box and junction box should be stable and reliable;

5. The connection between DC input of distribution box and DC input of grid-connected host should be stable and reliable;

6, distribution box DC circuit breaker action should be flexible, performance should be reliable and stable;

7. The lightning arrester arranged on the output side of the bus should be effective;

Four, connecting cables between equipment and grounding inspection

1, the cable should not run under overload, and the lead sheath of the cable should not expand or crack;

2, cable in and out of the equipment parts should be sealed in good condition, there should be no holes larger than 10mm, or use fire mud to block;

3, check the indoor cable trench, to prevent damage to the cable, to ensure that the bracket grounding and heat dissipation in the trench;

4. Ensure that the computer room is clean, dry and ventilated; Flammable and explosive articles are not allowed to be stored in the computer room.

In addition, reasonable and scientific maintenance should be carried out for the storage batteries, and individual premature failure storage batteries should be found and eliminated in time to ensure the more lasting and stable use of photovoltaic power stations.
