People from Taiwan Province Province should first notarize the documents at the local Taiwan-related notary office in Chinese mainland, and then bring the original notarial certificate back to Taiwan Province Province, and the copy of the notarial certificate will be sent to SEF by the notary associations of Chinese mainland provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.
The mailing time should be within 15 days.
