Legal basis: There are four situations in Article 22 of the Regulations on Compulsory Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicle Traffic Accidents, namely:
(a) the driver has not obtained the driving qualification according to law;
(2) The driver is drunk driving;
(3) The insured motor vehicle was stolen during the accident;
(4) The insured intentionally creates a traffic accident.
In case of the above four situations, the insurance company will not be liable for insurance compensation. However, according to the "Compulsory Traffic Insurance Regulations", insurance companies have the obligation to advance the rescue expenses according to law, and at the same time have the right to recover from the perpetrators.
