The account cancellation information of different banking companies may be different. In the case of Ping An Bank, the cancellation of the company account needs to be handled at the bank outlet. The required information is as follows, for reference only, subject to the actual requirements of outlets:

1. Application for account cancellation (in triplicate provided by the bank, stamped with the official seal of the unit and signed by the legal representative);

2. The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the legal person or person in charge shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit;

3. If the personnel of the unincorporated unit handle it in person, provide the original ID card of the agent and a copy of the official seal of the unit;

4. If an unincorporated person handles it in person, a power of attorney of the legal person (the format provided by the bank or the format provided by the local administration for industry and commerce) shall be provided;

5. The original account opening license of basic account and a copy of the official seal of the company (required for basic account cancellation);

6. Submit the repurchase card, reserved seal card and remaining important blank vouchers;

7. Reserved seals of the company: official seal of the company, special seal for finance and private seal of legal person;

8. Other materials and articles required by the outlets.
