(A), improve the company's production capacity

On the latest feasible date, the company's annual brewing capacity (calculated by the company's maximum bottling capacity) is about 654.38+0.9 million tons. In response to the expected increase in market demand for wine products, the company plans to expand its annual production capacity from10.9 million tons to 39,000 tons. The company plans to achieve this goal by building additional brewing facilities and purchasing and installing additional brewing machinery and equipment.

(2) Develop the company's Tian Tong wine estate.

The company plans to develop a wine manor in Ji 'an City, Jilin Province, China, and brew a series of bottled wines with high-quality grapes. The wine brewed by the company's Tian Tong wine estate will be labeled as "bottled in the estate", and its brewing raw materials are all from the high-quality grapes planted by the company's wine estate. The company intends to acquire vineyards for the construction of wine estates, but at the last feasible date, the company has not found any specific location. The company's Tian Tong wine estate will be equipped with wine-making facilities and wine cellar facilities. The company plans to optimize and control the harvest from the aspects of yield and quality, and adopt advanced wine-making equipment to brew high-quality representative wines of Tian Tong wine estate.

(3) Develop the ability of wine cellar.

The company plans to develop the storage capacity of wine cellars to match its production facilities in Tonghua County, Jilin Province, China. Wine cellar is a place where wine can be properly stored and aged in a controlled environment, and a variety of wine products can be brewed. The company plans to build a wine cellar in Tonghua production base.

(IV) Continue to expand and develop the company's domestic sales and distribution network and improve the company's brand awareness.

The company plans to upgrade its existing sales and distribution capabilities and nationwide network. In view of this, the company plans to recruit and train new sales staff in the next four years, so as to expand the company's sales team, increase the number of dealers, and open as many as 20 Tian Tong wine manor brand retail stores in some domestic markets. At the latest feasible date, the company has not determined any specific location. These retail stores will serve as direct selling and marketing platforms for Tian Tong brands, not only providing customers with Tian Tong wine experience, but also providing marketing support for designated local markets in major cities (such as Beijing, Chengdu and Shenyang) to promote the company's wine products (such as Tian Tong ice wine and rose wine). In addition, the company's "Tian Tong" and "Tian Tonghong" brands are well known to consumers in China. The company has won many national and provincial awards and certificates over the years, and was rated as "Top Ten Brands of China Wine Industry" by the Organizing Committee of China Market Brand Strategy Forum. The company intends to continue to actively promote the brands of "Tian Tong" and "Tian Tonghong" in China. To achieve this goal, the company intends to strengthen marketing and brand promotion activities, including advertising through mass media (such as TV, outdoor billboards and newspapers).

(5) Looking for business opportunities and further expanding market share.

The company will also look for other business opportunities to bring synergy to the company's existing business through acquisitions, joint ventures or strategic alliances with domestic and/or multinational enterprises, so as to expand the company's business, especially the company's production capacity.
