The board of directors of the company is the highest decision-making body and consists of three companies, including automation systems company (Allen Bradley Company, Trust Electronics Company, Dodge Company and Rockwell Software Company), avionics and communication system company (Collins Air Transport Department, Collins General Aviation Department, Collins Avionics and Communication Department and Communication System Department) and semiconductor system company (personal computer company, radio communication company, network access company and digital communication company). Automation System Company 1996 has a sales of 4.5 billion US dollars, accounting for 58% of the total sales, and employs 25,000 people. Avionics and Communication Systems Company and Semiconductor Company account for 22% and 20% of sales respectively.
