The registered capital of the company is 573.36 million shares, of which Beijing Jingneng International Energy Co., Ltd. holds 39.84% equity, Shanxi International Power Group Co., Ltd. holds 26% equity and Beijing Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. holds 10.68% equity.
