Xi 'an Tourism Group Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned tourism enterprise group approved by Xi Municipal People's Government1June, 1999. It is an investment institution and capital operation institution authorized by the government. With assets as the link, it is composed of wholly-owned, holding, shareholding and cooperative enterprises, with total assets exceeding 2 billion yuan and employees exceeding 1 10,000. Mainly engaged in international and domestic tourism services, catering and entertainment, tourism resources development, real estate development, tourism commodity development and management, tourism passenger transport and other related businesses, with an annual turnover of more than 800 million yuan.

At present, Xi 'an Tourism Group owns two listed companies, Xi 'an Tourism and Xi 'an Catering, Xi 'an Overseas Travel Company and Xi 'an China Travel Agency, and eight holding companies, including Evergrande Real Estate Company, Xi 'an Tang Cheng Co., Ltd., Guangrui Property Management Company and Sheng Da Bronze Culture and Art Company.
