The 15th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. of China Hydropower Construction Group and the 15th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. of China Hydropower Construction Group are large-scale construction enterprises with the first-class qualification of national water conservancy and hydropower, highway and housing construction engineering, the first-class qualification of highway pavement and highway subgrade engineering, the second-class qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting and the qualification of foreign economic cooperation. The company has built eight earth-rock dams 100 meters. Shitouhe Reservoir in Shaanxi Province was the highest earth-rock dam in China at that time, and its dam-building technology won the National Science Conference Award.
