Brief introduction of China National Gold Group Zhongyuan Mining Co., Ltd.

China National Gold Group Zhongyuan Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongyuan Mining) is the holding company of China National Gold Group Corporation and a super-large molybdenum mine under China National Gold Group Corporation. It is located in Yechangping Village, Mutong Town, west of Lushi County, Henan Province. On March 9th, 20 10, China National Gold Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sanmenxia Municipal Government and Lushi County Government at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse respectively, and signed an equity transfer cooperation agreement with Lushi Diling Mining Development Co., Ltd., thus formally establishing China National Gold Group Zhongyuan Mining Co., Ltd. Based on Lushi Diling Mining Development Co., Ltd., the company invested capital and technology in large-scale exploration and deep development of polymetallic resources such as gold and molybdenum in Lushi County. It will take three years to build a molybdenum mining and dressing system with a daily processing capacity of 30,000 tons, and five years to build a super-large non-ferrous metal production and deep processing base with molybdenum, copper, lead, zinc, antimony, gold and lithium as the main metals in Lushi.
