Apple Park, the headquarters building of Apple Spacecraft, is the new headquarters building of American Apple Company, which was designed by Jobs before his death and located in Cupertino, California, USA. It covers an area of 2.8 million square feet (about 260 thousand square meters). The building took eight years to complete.
Located near the circular headquarters building, the Jobs Theatre is dedicated to holding major events such as press conferences, with a maximum capacity of1.20,000 people. The glass curtain wall of the theater is 20 feet (about 6 meters) high and 1.65 feet (about 50.2 meters) in diameter. The roof is the largest carbon fiber independent roof in history, weighing 80 tons and consisting of 44 panels.
The new headquarters building is a circular building with a big yard in the middle. In Jobs' own words, the new building is like "a spaceship that landed", while the American media compared it to "a giant glass doughnut".
On the morning of September 13, Beijing time 1, Apple held its first autumn product launch conference at Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park.
At 2 am on March 9, 2022, Apple will hold a special event online.
It is worth noting that Apple headquarters also uses a constant temperature air conditioner, not an ordinary constant temperature air conditioner. But at the beginning of the construction, many water pipes were buried in the wall, and the indoor temperature can be adjusted through the water pipes to keep the indoor temperature at about 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.
