Le Jia is the first enterprise in the industry to have "National Key High-tech Enterprise", "National Enterprise Technology Center" and "Postdoctoral Research Center" at the same time. The "Guangdong gas appliance Engineering Technology R&D Center", which represents the industrial technology development level of gas appliance, China, is also located in Wan Jiale. At the end of 2006, Wan Jiale cooperated with Central South University to establish the first "China Kitchen Experience Design Center" in China. In 2007, Wan Jiale was recognized as "China Residential Kitchen and Bathroom Standardization Demonstration Base" by the Ministry of Construction. In 2008, Wan Jiale became the "R&D Base of Wan Jiale Residential Hot Water System of National Residential Engineering Center" and established a joint R&D center with the Key Laboratory of Heat Transfer and Ministry of Education of South China University of Technology.
