Fire Safety Responsibility Letter In order to strengthen fire safety work, prevent fires and reduce fire hazards, and protect personal and property safety, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations of Shenzhen, combined with the actual situation of the company. It is hoped that the safety leaders of all branches and departments will actively support and cooperate and abide by them together.
I. The security department of Shenzhen ChuangQixin Industrial Co., Ltd. is responsible for the company's fire safety, and all departments of the company are equipped with voluntary firefighters.
Two, the main person in charge of each department is responsible for fire safety within their respective scope, and is fully responsible for fire safety work. Fire safety work should implement the policy of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination".
Three, each department designated volunteer firefighters, reported to the company for the record.
Four, the main person in charge of each department shall perform the following fire safety obligations:
(a) to formulate and implement fire safety management measures and fire safety operation procedures.
(two) to carry out fire safety publicity and education and fire knowledge training, regular fire technical training.

Seven, the main person in charge of each department to a person, time, measures, organize the formulation of emergency evacuation plan. After receiving the fire alarm, while giving an accurate alarm to the public security fire control institutions, quickly start the fire control facilities to extinguish the fire, and assist the public security fire control institutions to find out the cause of the fire.
Eight, it is strictly prohibited to operate and store fireworks, explosives, detonators, gasoline, banana oil and other inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and all kinds of toxic substances. Fireworks and firecrackers are not allowed.
Nine, comply with the provisions of the safe use of electricity, it is forbidden to overload the use of electrical appliances, so as to avoid accidents.
Ten, all departments to carry out internal decoration, must submit a written application to the Ministry of security, the approval can be started. Indoor decoration and decoration should use incombustible and flame retardant materials. When using and installing electrical equipment and wiring, an application must be submitted to the Engineering Department. After approval, the relevant electrical installation standards will be strictly implemented, and the construction will meet the fire safety requirements. It is forbidden to connect the temporary power cord randomly.
Eleven, need welding and other hot work, should apply to the Ministry of security. After approval, under the supervision of the safety officer, the personnel holding the open flame operation certificate can work. It is forbidden to construct at night, especially to use open flames.
Twelve, all departments of the new construction and expansion projects with fire danger, shall formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans, implement fire safety measures, and report to the public security fire control institutions and companies, and can only work after the public security fire control institutions and companies pass the on-site fire safety inspection.

Fourteen, according to the fire safety regulations, one of the following circumstances, depending on the seriousness of the case, impose a fine:

Sixteen, without changing the use of fire safety measures, or not in accordance with the requirements of the "fire hazard rectification notice" rectification, shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, and impose a fine on the person responsible for fire safety, resulting in an accident shall be investigated for criminal responsibility.
17. The safety leaders of all departments must obey the management of fire safety by public security fire control institutions and companies, and the relevant personnel who make things difficult, abuse or violently obstruct the work of fire safety supervisors should be fined or administratively detained as appropriate until they are investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
