In the history of Minmetals, there are nearly 10,000 employees, and there are 6,980 employees, including 304 professional and technical personnel, 6 with senior titles/kloc-0 and 95 with intermediate titles. The proportion of high, medium and low is reasonable. There are 834 four-star employees, five-star employees 1 14, and 50 chief employees, basically forming a quality pyramid structure. The whole mine has 12 functional departments, 5 well areas (workshops), 14 direct teams and 1 multi-battalion company. The organizational structure is reasonable and meets the production needs.
