Bao was born in Yuanji Bakery, one of the three largest bakeries in Macau. My father is Bao Yuanxi, and my second brother is Bao Mazhuang, a famous sports figure in Macau. Zeng graduated from santa rosa English Girls' Middle School in Macau when he was young, and then went to the Hong Kong Polytechnic to study business. After graduation, he worked as a secretary in Shell Oil Company. Because she and Donald Tsang are distant relatives, they have known each other since childhood, and they are childhood friends. Finally, they got married in 1969, and they had two sons, the eldest son Ceng Qingyan and the second son Zeng. Tsang Pau Siu-Mei is enthusiastic about public welfare and participates in many charitable organizations in Hong Kong, such as helping the disadvantaged and rescuing abandoned animals. He is currently the President of the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Animals, the President of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and the President of the Hong Kong Community Chest.
