Twitter is a product of American companies. In 2006, Obvious, a startup founded by blogger ivan Wilhemlms, launched Twitter service. American social network and Weibo service company Twitter are dedicated to providing services for public dialogue. It allows users to update messages with no more than 140 characters (except Chinese, Japanese and Korean, the upper limit has been raised to 280 characters). These messages are also called "Tweet" and Twitter is described as "Internet short message service". This service was founded by Jack Dorsey and his partner * * * in March 2006 and started operation in July of the same year. It is very popular all over the world.
