Hefeng Creative Plaza Project is an important platform built by Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Zhejiang Province to speed up the pace of building an innovative city, improve and optimize the level of service industry, and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. It is an important measure to implement the strategy of "upgrading China" and an important way to realize the transformation of Ningbo from a "famous manufacturing city" to a "famous design city" and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. The project is located in the east of Binjiang Avenue, west of Jiangdong North Road, north of Min 'an Road and south of Tongtu Road. It is about 550 meters long from north to south and 200 meters long from east to west, with a total land area of about 85,400 square meters, a total construction area of about 340,000 square meters (including an aboveground area of about 230,000 square meters), a plot ratio of 2.7, a greening rate of 20%, a building height of 83.5 meters and a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The project is jointly invested and established by Ningbo Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., Urban Construction Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and jiangdong district State-owned Assets Investment Company, and is responsible for development and construction, investment attraction and operation management.
According to the professional needs and industry characteristics of industrial design creative enterprises, the main functions of the project include: core functions, public service functions and life supporting service functions, aiming at creating six platforms: product display, information service, technical service, training and education, international exchange and financing guarantee. The project focuses on well-known design enterprises, design studios, design research institutions and well-known intermediaries providing services for design enterprises at home and abroad, and vigorously promotes the optimization and upgrading of Ningbo's industrial structure, aiming at creating a "2.5" industrial cluster integrating industrial design creativity, research and development, trading, exhibition, incubation, intellectual property protection, qualification demonstration and training evaluation.
Construction started on April 9, 2009, and reached its peak at the end of June 20 10. It is planned to be completed at the end of July 20 1 1, and the park will be officially opened on1October 20 10 in the same year.
