Who founded Renren.com?

Renren.com(renren.com) was established in May 1999. On March 15, 2000, renrenMediaHoldingLtd, the parent company of Renren.com, Hong Kong, acquired 82% equity of Anjia Group Co., Ltd (code: 0059), and changed its name to renrenMediaLtd, thus realizing the shell listing. News Corp. invested 230 million yuan in Renren Media, holding 14% equity, and J.H. Whitney Co, the oldest venture capital company in the United States, holds 2 1% equity. On May 22nd, Renren Media began to be officially listed on the main board of Hong Kong, and since then it has acquired three websites: Miracle Network, 360 Panorama Network and China Employment Network.
