What's a lumen bag like?

This is the size diagram and physical diagram of the high-power LED invented by Lumen Company in the United States. At present, LEDs packaged with this structure in China are called lumen-like packaging.

It consists of LED chip (yellow inside), bracket (white with ears), gold wire (yellow inside), fluorescent powder (yellow), silica gel (transparent on yellow) and lens (transparent on bracket). The LED chip is fixed on the bracket, and the electrodes of the chip are connected with the bracket through gold wires. Phosphor (yellow) is coated on the LED wafer, which can convert the luminous color of LED into white light, and silica gel and lens can guide, condense and protect light.
