Brief introduction of Guangzhou-Zhuhai railway

Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway is a proposed railway, which runs through the west bank of the Pearl River Delta and connects Guangzhou, Foshan, Jiangmen and Zhuhai, with a total length of 186.23 km, and will mainly focus on freight transportation. On June 5438+ 10, 2007, Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Railway Group, was formally established in Zhuhai, and the project was officially started. After four years of construction, the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway was opened to traffic from 2065438 to February 29th, 2002.
