Tianyu Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. is located at No.36, Beisan East Road, Shihezi Development Zone, Xinjiang. It owns three major power plants: Tianwei, Tianneng and Tianyu. Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd., established in July 1996, is a large state-owned enterprise of the Eighth Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. With the care and support of the autonomous region, the Corps and the Party Committee of the division and city, it has entered the track of sound and rapid development. Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the Group, was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 1997, and Xinjiang Tianye Water-saving Irrigation Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Hong Kong in February 2006.
