Second, stock up
Because the demand for special tea varieties in the international market is different, but the demand for a single variety will be great, so China tea exports should be stocked in advance to ensure the stable and consistent quality of the goods. In order to ensure the quality of products, we can apply for testing by domestic authoritative technical testing units to ensure that tea products meet export standards. At present, the units with testing power are: Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of Ministry of Agriculture and many other units.
Third, apply for a permit.
If China tea export enterprises are production and processing enterprises, engaged in import and export trade for a long time and have independent import and export rights, they can go to the local commodity inspection bureau for the record and directly apply for import and export licenses from large domestic foreign trade companies (note: the state still implements planned quotas and export licenses for tea exports, and an export contract is required). At the same time, they can apply for Form-A (GSP Certificate of Origin) according to customers' requirements. Form A can be handled at the local commodity inspection bureau.
Note: All companies directly under the ministries and commissions that have the right to operate tea export must hold the tea export license issued by the Quota License Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Tea export licenses of tea export enterprises in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning shall be issued by the Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
Fourth, check
China tea export enterprises should complete the inspection. Enterprises provide materials (including inspection reports from authoritative domestic technical inspection units) according to customer requirements, and apply to China Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to complete various inspections. If a tea export enterprise has a record with the local commodity inspection bureau, it can directly apply to the local commodity inspection bureau for commodity inspection, and it can be exported after the commodity inspection is released.

At the same time, China tea export enterprises should complete customs declaration. Customs declaration requires tea merchants to provide import and export licenses, customs declaration power of attorney, verification forms, customs declarations, invoices, boxes and so on to relevant departments.
VI. Booking
After completing the above declaration and inspection, China tea export enterprises can issue a shipping or air booking commission to the freight company.
Seven. Confirmation of bill of lading
Both parties to the contract shall confirm the details of the bill of lading to ensure that there are no omissions in the bill of lading.
Eight, cargo insurance
If the value of the goods is relatively high, you can apply for insurance with an insurance company according to actual needs.
IX. Shipment of Goods
Tea merchants send goods to freight companies by sea or air according to customers' needs.
Shipment advice telegram
After the goods are shipped, inform the customer that the goods have been shipped. At the same time, mail the bill of lading to the customer.
XI。 D/P settlement
Generally, D/P by bank is adopted, and the buyer and seller complete the process of collecting foreign exchange (transaction receipt), paying goods (VAT invoice authentication) and paying freight. At the same time, foreign exchange transactions can be declared to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
