2. Registration of change of company domicile. Where a company changes its domicile, it shall apply for registration of change before moving into the new domicile, and submit the certificate of use of the new domicile.
3. Change of registration of the legal representative of the company. Where a company changes its legal representative, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date when the resolution or decision on change is made.
4. Registration of change of registered capital of the company. Where a company changes its registered capital, it shall submit a capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification institution.
5. Change registration of the company's business scope. Where a company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of making the resolution or decision on change;
6. Company type change registration. Where a company changes its type, it shall, in accordance with the conditions for the establishment of the company type to be changed, apply to the company registration authority for registration of change within the prescribed time limit and submit relevant documents.
7. Registration of change of shareholders and equity. Where a shareholder of a limited liability company transfers its equity, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of transfer, and submit the qualification certificate of the new shareholder or the identity certificate of a natural person.
