Bank of China (HK) was formally established on 20011kloc-0/. Is a licensed bank registered in Hongkong, and its ultimate controlling shareholder is Bank of China. Bank of China (Hong Kong) merged the businesses of ten of the twelve banks of the former China Banking Group in Hong Kong, and at the same time held the shares of Nanyang Commercial Bank, chiyu banking corporation limited Limited and Bank of China Credit Card (International) Limited registered in Hong Kong, making them subsidiaries of Bank of China in Hong Kong.

BOC Group was incorporated in 1983, and its members include 14 banks, including China Bank Hong Kong Branch, Jincheng Bank, Guangdong Bank, Yanwu Bank, Bank of Communications, Nanyang Commercial Bank, chiyu banking corporation limited, Baosheng Bank, Overseas Chinese Commercial Bank, Zhejiang Industrial Bank, Central South Bank, Xinhua Bank, Guohua Commercial Bank and China Bank Macau Branch. As well as China Construction Finance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and China Construction Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., there are now more than 300 head offices, branches and offices, which are the second largest financial groups in Hong Kong, and the total deposits absorbed account for 25% of the total deposits in Hong Kong. China Bank's Hong Kong and Macao Management Office is the leading organization of China Banking Group, responsible for coordinating and managing the business of each member bank, and responsible for the head office of China Bank. 1994 became the third note-issuing bank in Hong Kong in May.
