Why is the app gone halfway?

According to official website of China Administration for Industry and Commerce, as of April 6, 2023, the mobile travel community app developed by On-the-Road app for Shanghai Haikewo Information Technology Co., Ltd. was removed from the shelves on September 20, 2020 because the company closed down. App is the abbreviation of English Application. Due to the popularity of iPhone smartphones, today's apps refer to third-party applications of smartphones.
