What do non-corporate private enterprises belong to?

Legal analysis: Non-corporate private enterprises are private enterprises with more than 8 employees, and are non-corporate profit-making economic organizations. Theoretically, it includes sole proprietorship and partnership owned by private investors (some directly indicate sole proprietorship and partnership). Legal persons are divided into corporate legal persons and institutional legal persons. Legal basis: According to Article 3 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Company Law, a company is an enterprise legal person with independent legal person property and enjoys legal person property rights. The company is liable for its debts with all its property. Shareholders of a limited liability company shall be liable to the company to the extent of their subscribed capital contribution; Shareholders of a joint stock limited company shall be liable to the company to the extent of the shares subscribed by them.
