Before Mizuho Technology was founded, Cheng Shu worked in several vertical Internet portals in 1990s. Later, he worked in many institutions, including: Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Technology, Microsoft Corporation, etc. Engaged in technology research and development, product sales, marketing, strategic management and other aspects of work. He has more experience in Internet communication and software R&D/ sales/service, network interactive marketing, triple play and mobile Internet technology innovation.
Since 1999, he has successively served as one of the R&D team leaders of computer room project of Institute of Mathematics, China Academy of Sciences, R&D manager of Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and deputy general manager/general manager of Telecom Division of Zhongke International Software Company, and accumulated more experience in basic R&D and technical management. Since 2000, Cheng Shu has successively served as product technical consultant and product marketing manager, marketing director of server product group and operating system platform of Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd., responsible for the overall marketing of Microsoft operating system platform/server platform product line in China. Since then, he has been the president/general manager of Portable Technology Company until Mizuho Company was established.
Mr. Cheng Shu graduated from the Department of Applied Physics and Thermal Energy Engineering of Central South University (now School of Physics and Electronics/School of Energy Science and Engineering of Central South University) with a bachelor's degree in engineering. After that, he studied for a master's degree in the Institute of Mathematics of China Academy of Sciences, Guizhou University and Tsinghua University, and studied artificial intelligence applications under Academician Lu Ruqian and Professor Wang Hanhu of China, and obtained a master's degree in computer science. From 2002 to 2004, Cheng Shu also participated in the MBA course of integrated marketing communication organized by Microsoft and Kellogg School of Management of Northwest University. In addition, Mr. Cheng Shu also serves as the executive director of Jiangxi Ganshang Federation and Beijing Youth Chamber of Commerce.
