If you invest with the company's own funds, you don't need special qualifications, just follow the normal industrial and commercial registration registration process. If you want to register a private equity investment company and invest by raising funds, you need a private equity license. Similarly, if you want to do short-term debt financing, bridge crossing and other businesses, you need a corresponding license.
