Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd, formerly known as Zhejiang Petrochemical Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., signed a capital increase agreement with Zhejiang SASAC in 2008, and Sinopec Building Materials became a holding subsidiary of Sinochem Group. In 2009, Sinopec Building Materials was renamed Sinochem Blue Sky, which is an important state-owned backbone enterprise supervised by the State Council SASAC.
The main business scope of Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd. includes industrial investment, research and development and sales of chemical products, technical development and transfer of chemical products, consulting and training services, design and construction supervision of petrochemical and related projects.
