China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established on February 27th, 2002 with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission (2002) 100. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture fund management company in China. The business scope of the company includes initiating the establishment of funds, fund management business and other businesses approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It was reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting of China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. and approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission in document [20 13] 1074. The original shareholder of China Merchants Fund, ING Asset Management B.V, transferred its 265,438+0.6% equity of China Merchants Fund to China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. and 65,438+065,438+0.7% equity to China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. By the end of 2065,438+03, the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures for this equity transfer had been completed. At present, the shareholder equity structure of China Merchants Fund is: China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. holds 55% of the total equity, and China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. holds 45% of the total equity. The registered capital of the company is RMB 265,438,000. At present, China Merchants Fund has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely China Merchants Wealth Asset Management Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
